All content is provided for general information. It is not an offer, an invitation to offer, or a contract, and it creates no obligation on us or on the developer. Any transaction is governed solely by the agreement for sale and the allotment letter executed between you and the developer.

We take reasonable care to publish only what the developer has confirmed in writing, what the developer's own e-brochure states or what a public record shows, and we label anything unconfirmed as "on request". Prices carry the floor they are quoted at, because Vedant Mayfair is priced with floor-rise and a price without a floor is not a price. Even so, project details change. We give no warranty that the content is complete, current or error free, and we accept no liability for any decision made in reliance on it. Verify everything material against the MahaRERA record for PR1330002502871 and the sanctioned plans before you act.
4. Enquiries
When you submit an enquiry you confirm that the details you provide are your own and are accurate, and you consent to being contacted by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email about Vedant Mayfair. This consent applies notwithstanding any registration you hold on a do-not-disturb list, and you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us. See the privacy policy.
5. Intellectual property
Project names, trademarks, logos and creative material relating to Vedant Mayfair belong to the developer and are used here only to identify the project being marketed. The written content and layout of this website belong to us. You may not copy, republish or reproduce either without written permission.
6. Payments
We do not accept any payment for the property through this website. All payments must be made directly to the developer, into the developer's designated project account, against a receipt naming the project and the unit. Never pay an individual, and never pay in cash.

Links to external websites, including the MahaRERA portal, are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its content.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Thane, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here is the current one.
