Vedant Mayfair is developed by Tharwani Infrastructures, the name printed on the developer's own e-brochure; the developer's sale sheet writes it as Tharwani Infrastructure, and the registered promoter entity is the one on the MahaRERA certificate. All trademarks, project names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used here only to identify the project being marketed.

Where anything on this website differs from the MahaRERA record or the sanctioned plans, the record and the sanctioned plans prevail. Verify the registration, the promoter's registered legal entity, the sanctioned building plan, the unit count, the plot area and the declared completion date at maharera.maharashtra.gov.in before making any payment or signing anything.

Every image on this website is an artist's impression from the developer's project material. None of them is a photograph of a completed building. Elevations, colours, materials, landscaping, furniture, fittings and surrounding context shown in a render are indicative, are subject to change, and do not form part of any agreement.
Areas
Carpet areas are stated as published by the developer and are labelled as either RERA carpet area or total carpet area. The two are measured differently and must not be compared with each other, nor with a super built-up figure from any other source. Penthouse carpet areas are not published and are shared on request; the 4 BHK and 5 BHK figures are not a substitute for them.
Price and possession
The prices on this website, Rs 4.40 Cr for the 4 BHK and Rs 5.25 Cr for the 5 BHK, both described as all-inclusive, are as stated in writing by the developer on 1 August 2026. Both are quoted at the 15th floor. Vedant Mayfair is priced with floor-rise, so a residence on a higher floor costs more than the quoted figure, and the rate per floor has not been published to us. Wherever a price appears on this site the floor qualifier appears with it; if you find one without it, treat the qualifier as applying anyway and ask us.
What "all-inclusive" covers has not been itemised to us in writing. Do not assume it includes stamp duty, registration, applicable tax, car parking, club membership or infrastructure charges until you have seen those lines on a dated cost sheet on the developer's letterhead. Penthouse prices and penthouse carpet areas are not published and are shared on request.
Possession is stated as June 2030, again on the developer's sale sheet. The date that binds the developer is the completion date declared on the MahaRERA record for PR1330002502871. Where the two differ, the record prevails.
